At the City Council candidates forum, co-sponsored by the Daily Journal and the CBB, Cathy stated the top three accomplishments of her first term in office. Her role in the re-alignment of the new hospital to protect the neighborhood from the negative impact of the hospital parking structure; her fight to protect and then reinstate the funding for the crossing guards; and her role in ensuring that the cherished Easton branch library would not be closed.
